Tools that do not promise a job

Disclosure, a shot list, and the reasons to say no are free. The rate builder, the casting board and the intro thread sit on the desk once you are signed in.

Disclosure helper

  • Paid. First line: #ad or Paid partnership. Say the brand name.
  • Gifted. First line: Gifted by [brand]. No fee does not make it a hobby post.
  • Affiliate. Say that you earn from the link, in the same caption as the link.

Shot list for a product post

  • The product in the room, before you touch it.
  • Your hands using it, once, in daylight.
  • The result, without a filter that changes the colour.
  • A line to camera: who it is for, and who should skip it.
  • The #ad or paid-partnership label in the first line, not the last.

Say no

  • Gambling, if you are not prepared for the rules that come with it.
  • Medical or supplement claims.
  • No written scope and no fee.
  • A brand that clashes with one already on your exclusivity calendar.
  • A request to hide that the post is paid.
  • Usage that runs after the date you agreed.

Contract red flags

  • Usage that never ends, or “in perpetuity”.
  • Payment in exposure, product only, or “we’ll see how it performs”.
  • No line that says the post is an ad or a gift.
  • “And anything else we need” with no extra fee.
  • A demand for your password, your inbox, or your raw audience export.
  • A competitor of a brand already on your calendar, in the same month.
  • Medical, financial or gambling claims you cannot stand behind.

30-day posting plan

  • Days 1–7: one post a day in your own voice. No pitch.
  • Days 8–14: reply to every comment that asks a real question.
  • Days 15–21: one post that shows how you work, not what you sell.
  • Days 22–30: write your fee out loud. Do not publish a brand name you cannot stand behind.

Caption and hook bank

A starting line. Make it yours. Do not paste it as if it happened.

Beauty

  • I used it for seven days. Here is the day it actually showed.
  • Skip this if your skin does X.

Food

  • The plate I would order again.
  • What I would not tell a visitor to queue for.

Fashion

  • One outfit, three places in this city.
  • What I returned, and why.

Travel

  • How to spend four hours here without a car.
  • The view that is not worth the fee.

Fitness

  • The session I can repeat on a Tuesday.
  • What this does not fix.

General

  • The part I was not paid to say.
  • Who this is not for.
